To form a team, all you need to do is PM another user (or users) and ask them if they want to be your teammate for the 2vs. 2 or 3 vs. 3 competitions. If they say yes, you can post your team roster on these boards. To assure that all of the people involved have agreed to this, they should post in the topic that talks about the team that they are a part of.
